The portable suction device model 7A-23D1 is a professional medical equipment designed for sputum aspiration in both hospital and home care settings. This compact unit combines high negative pressure performance with low flow operation, making it suitable for various medical suction requirements.
The device operates on a simple yet effective principle: An electric negative pressure pump generates vacuum pressure which is regulated through the pressure regulation system. This creates the necessary suction force to move liquids/solids into the collection containers while preventing overflow with built-in safety mechanisms.
Key features include modern compact design, lightweight construction, and easy mobility. The unit measures 350×190×285mm and operates quietly below 60dB, making it suitable for various clinical environments without causing disturbance.
The collection system consists of two 2500ml containers with effective anti-overflow protection and air filtration to prevent contamination of the pump mechanism. This ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance.
With instantaneous pumping speed of ≥35L/min at the air vent and ≥5L/min at the terminal, the device provides efficient suction performance across its working pressure range of 0.02~0.09MPa (150~680mmHg).
The unit is designed for operation in environments with temperature range of +5°C to +35°C and relative humidity ≤80% at 25°C. It meets strict medical equipment standards with reliable performance under atmospheric pressure conditions of 86KPa~106KPa.
