We've built the CDR2E-100 around a 60W external rotor motor spinning at 2650 RPM, pushing up to 350 m³/H through that backward curved impeller design — basically, it moves a lot of air without sounding like a jet engine.
Teh housing is galvanized sheet with a powder coating finish, so it handles moisture better than most uncoated units in this class. Voltage is 220/230V at 50Hz, drawing just 0.3A, and it's got both CE and CCC certifications (check your local requirement, though). Dimensions come in at 33.5×32.5×23.5 cm, compact enough for tight duct runs.
What it does is handle high-pressure ventilation in commerical kitchens, small workshops, or greenhouse exhaust setups — places where you need consistent airflow against some resistnce. But don't use it for heavy dust extraction; impeller isn't designed for particulate-laden air, and you'll clog it fast.
Each unit goes through stamping from precise molds before that powder coating, which is actually a detail that matters for long-term rust resistance in humid environments. The backward curved impeller gives tighter tolerance on flow stability than a forward-curved design, though we usually have stock ready within 20 days or so (confirm lead time for larger orders).
Most buyers go with the 100mm model for standard ducting, but the 4-inch version is pretty much interchangeable depending on your setup. MOQ is typically 50 units, and our company can provide COA and HPLC data on request — just ask when ordering.
