We've had commercial solar guys reach out because their 50kW installation is suddenly drawing more load than they planned for, and they need to expand without ripping out what they already have—that's pretty much where this rack system lives.

Lithium Battery Rack Configuration

The modules stack in a 1080 to 1655mm range, so the footprint doesn't change much as you add capacty form 100 to 200 kilowatt-hours, and each module delivers 280Ah at a nominal voltage you can configure between 358 and 716 volts, which basically means tighter tolerance than most off-the-shelf setups for matching your inverter's sweet spot.

Battery Rack with BMS Protection

6000 cycles at 80 percent depth of discharge is what the cells are, and we usually see that hold with CATL LiFePO4 chemistry, but what it does is it lets you run daily cycling for fifteen years before you hit 70% capacity—though you can't charge below 0°C, and the standard enclosure is only IP20, so outside installation needs the optional IP54 spec (4 to 6 weeks lead time on that).

Operating temp for discharge goes down to -10°C, but in our experience the BMS starts throttling current around -5°C anyway, so it's not a true cold-weather workhorse.

Battery Rack Parallel Connection

Most buyers go with the 358V starting point because it pairs cleanly with a 12kW string inverter or so, and the CAN bus handshake means your controller talks to the rack without weird voltage drops—we've had some people regret skipping the Bluetooth module for remote monitoring, just as a heads-up.
