Customizable Manual Pallet Jack with Upright Walking Design and Superior Cost Performance

We've been losing too much time with operators walking behind loads that block their view in tighter aisles, and the upright walking design basically solves that by letting them stand alongside the pallet and steer with a tiller arm instead of being stuck behind it.

So the hydraulic pump is a welded unit with a cast cylinder—nothing fancy, but it holds up under daily use and the 2T model we're ordering handles most of our floor loads without straining, though if you're moving 4-5 tons regularly you'd want the 5T version instead.

Lift height runs from 85mm to 195mm, which is pretty standard for dock-to-floor work, and the load center is either 550mm or 685mm depending on the fork length you pick (we usually go with the shorter one for our pallets).

It's basically a no-frills unit with a 1-year warranty, but the real reason I ordered it is cost per unit—about 30% less than comparable models form the usual suppilers, and the MOQ is only six per box, so we're not sitting on excess inventory.

Lead time from the JUDIAO factory is roughly 20 days or so, but they typically have stock for the 2T model, and the COA covers the hydraulic pressrue test and fork deflection specs—though I'd double-check the 5T version's availability if you need it sooner.

One thing that caught me off guard is the fork tips are a bit thicker than teh spec sheet suggests, so they don't slide under low-clearance pallets as easily as the thinner-profile units we tested last year.
