Lead time for that size order is usually 15-20 working days from deposit confirmation. Since our production capacity is 7000-10000 tons per month, we can handle most standard specs pretty quickly. Stock items might ship even faster — check with us.
Yes, the warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature rusting under normal use. Hot DIP galvanized is very corrosion-resistant, but if you see rust within the year that's not from damage or misuse, we'll replace or refund. Electro-galvanized is also covered, just less corrosion-resistant overall.
