When your client's warehouse operators are unloading deliveries in a tight 1800mm aisle, they need something that won't lock up or waste time—this stacker pretty much handles that without drama, and the 1500kg rated load means even the heavier pallets get moved without over-stressing the frame.

We've been running these in a couple of logistics hubs we audit, and the 0.75KW DC driving motor gives you consistent torque on those slight ramps; the specs say 5% slope capability, but in practice it holds fine on most warehouse gradients up to about 4 degrees or so, which is actually better than some of the 1KW AC units we've seen.

The lift motor is 2.2KW, which is overkill for standdard 1600mm stacking but absolutely necessary if you're pushing toward the 3500mm upper end—without that extra power, teh hydraulic system bogs down and you lose about 0.03m/s on the lift speed (usually 0.12-0.18m/s depending on payload), so most buyers go with the mid-range lift height for balance.
Anyway, the battery is only 48V/20Ah, which gives you maybe 3.5 hours of continuous use under moderate load—that's fine for single-shift operations but not suited for heavy-duty twelve-hour cycles without a spare battery or charging station, and we usually confirm lead time because the factory batches these with yellow or red paint options.

What it does is handle the unexpected uneven floors better than a lot of stackers because of the adjustable balance wheel mechanism—no left-right wobble on those worn concrete joints—and the PU wheels don't leave marks like rubber can (your facility managers will appreciate that on clean floors). Also, the 1431mm turning radius means you can spin in a box truck interior without scraping the sides, a detail most spec sheets skip but every driver notices.

The overall dimnesions are 1791×822×1840mm, and the minimum fork height at 85mm lets you slide under short-riser pallets that some 100mm+ units can't fit—so if your custoemr handles mixed pallet types, this is actually better than the generic 1500kg stackers for that specific use case (lead time runs 20 working days or so, but we've got a few yellow units in stock).
Minimum fork height is 85mm, which is low enough for standard pallets and most warehouse decks. You shouldn't have any trouble sliding forks under loaded pallets.
Battery runtime depends on load and cycles, but with the 0.75KW drive motor and 2.2KW lift motor, you can typically get 4-6 hours of mixed operation before needing a recharge.
All units come with CE and ISO certification included right out of the box. You'll get the documentation with the shipment — no extra request needed.
Standard colors are yellow and red only. Custom colors aren't available off the shelf, so if you need something else, we'd have to discuss MOQ and longer lead time.
Our warranty covers the whole unit for 12 months or 2000 working hours, whichever comes first, including the battery, driving motor, and lifting motor. No exceptions on wear parts like wheels.
