2000kg capacity on a pallet truck this compact is pretty much what most warehouses need, and we've found the 75Ah lead-acid battery gives you about a full shift of intermittent use before it needs a charge—usually 6-8 hours depending on how hard you're running it.
The drive motor is 750 or 800W depending on the specific configuration, and the lift motor sits at a steady 800W, which handles the 190mm lift height without any strain; the lowered fork height is 75mm or 85mm depending on the model, and that 3% gradient capacity when laden means you're not going up steep ramps with a full load, it's really for flat warehose floors.
Travel speed is 4.2 km/h unladen and 4.5 km/h with a load, which sounds backwards but it's actually the motor gearing that does that—so you get a bit more torque when you need it, and the overall dimensions are 1670mm long by 550 or 680mm wide depending on fork spread you choose.
One thing we've noticed handling these units is the integrally stamped fork keeps the weight down without sacrificing the load capacity, but the rear wheel base at 518mm means it's not ideal for tight cornering in narrow aisles—it's better suited for straight-line picking in logistics or manufacturing environments.
Certifications are CE, ISO9001, and ISO14001, so it meet the standerd compliance requirments for most, and we usually have stock on the 75Ah version but the 85mm lowered fork option might add 10-15 working days to lead time depending on batch availability.
Anyway, the MOQ is typically 1 unit for stock items, and we include a COA with each shipment—just confirm the fork width you need when ordering because the 550mm and 680mm options are not interchangeable after assembly.
The WCT20QB handles a 2000kg load with a 24V 75Ah lead-acid battery. That battery gives solid runtime for a full shift in warehousing, but keep in mind lead-acid needs regular charging and maintenance to keep capacity up.
