The WMHT-004 emergency trolley is engineered with a robust steel-ABS structure, ensuring durability and stability in medical environments. The plastic triangular column design with four columns provides excellent load-bearing capacity, making it reliable for daily use.
On the upper part, the countertop is crafted from large-scale molds with ABS guardrail molding. It features a gentle slope design that facilitates easy cleaning and prevents items from slipping. The countertop includes a recessed area measuring 575mm in length, 430mm in width, and 10mm in depth, topped with transparent soft glass for protection. The handrail guardrail is integrated into the design, with a height adjustable between 45mm and 65mm, and can be positioned arbitrarily on the left or right sides for user convenience.
The front of the body houses a center lock that can be rotated for secure access. It is equipped with a five-layer drawer system, utilizing triple folding whisper rails for smooth operation. The drawers include two small ones with surfaces of 80mm and hollow dimensions of 430mm x 335mm x 68mm each, one medium drawer with a surface of 120mm and hollow dimensions of 430mm x 335mm x 110mm, and one deep drawer with a surface of 240mm and hollow dimensions of 430mm x 335mm x 220mm. Each drawer features a 3x3 separator for flexible organization, along with a dovetail handle design that includes an anti-theft sealing slot and an identification plate sized 115mm x 34mm. An observation window set at a 15-degree angle allows for easy identification of contents while preventing liquid and dust ingress. The dovetail puller is thickened and enlarged with an ergonomic tilt design for comfortable use.
Overall specifications of the trolley are 730mm in length, 470mm in width, and 930mm in height, with a workable area of 600mm x 450mm. It is packaged in a box measuring 780mm x 540mm x 1000mm for safe shipping.
On the left side, an embedded retractable hanging piece design serves as a vice workbench, complemented by a side-mounted device box for additional storage. The right side features a rotating 3L sharps box and a flip-top color-coded garbage can measuring 175mm x 175mm x 280mm, designed with two colors for garbage classification—yellow for medical waste (injurious garbage) and green for household garbage (infectious garbage).
The back of the body includes a liftable single-row five-connected dispenser box for efficient access to medical supplies. At the bottom, four 4-inch deluxe universal insertion whispering wheels are installed, with two equipped with brakes to ensure stability during movement.
