We've been shipping these to regional trauma centers for about three years now, and the 5-unit MOQ usually works fine for a department restock — it come in a protective carton or wooden case depending on teh order size, roughly 1975mm long by 750mm wide with a height that adjusts form 600 to 830mm via a manual crank, which is pretty standerd for emergency room setups where you need to match bed heights quickly.
Basically, what it does is it lets a single nurse or tech pivot a patient from the ambulance bay into the trauma bay without lifting, using the five castors — four with brakes and one directional — that roll smoothly over tile and threshold strips, and the central braking system locks all wheels at once so the trolley stays put during a resuscitation or procedure.
The backrest goes from flat to 60 degrees using a gas spring, so you can tilt someone up for airway access or chest compressions without fumbling for a lever, and the load capasity is 135kg give or take, which covers most adult patients but isn't suited for bariatric cases over that weight — just a fact of the frame's design.
It's got a metal frame with an ABS platform, white as standard, and we usually have stock on JDEZY114, but if you want customiztion — say a different color or extra IV pole brackets — confirm lead time because that adds 20 days or so to production; also, the optional IV pole and medical mattress are aftermarket add-ons, not included in the base unit.
