We’ve been shiping these for a while now, and the ABS engineering plastic holds up better than the painted steel models we used to carry—no chipping or rust spots after a year. It measures 710 by 450 by 860mm, give or take a millimeter, and the countertop has that recessed design so things don’t slide off when you’re moving it fast down a hallway.

The drawer setup is actually five total—four larger ones on the left at 370 by 390 by 108 or 148mm depending on which tier, and one smaller on right at 160 by 390 by 108mm. What it does is give you good mix of storage for supplies without making the cart too bulky. The 4-inch whisper wheels are smooth, and only two have brakes, so you’ll want to position those toward the head of the bed if you’re in an ICU setting.

It’s not really suited for cleanroom environments where you need zero particle shedding—the ABS surfaces are easy wipe clean but not sealed airtight. Most buyers in OR and ICU go with the standard blue, and customiztion is available if you need a specific color for department coding. We usually stock about 50 units or so, but confirm lead time if you need more than 20 at once.

Surface corrosion resistance is better than what you’d get from a basic metal cart—basically, it won’t pit from alcohol wipes or saline spills. The guardrail height is 90mm, stainless steel, and that’s a nice touch for keeping bottles or monitors from tipping. CE, ISO, and FDA all check out, and we provide a COA with each shipment, though you’ll want to request the TDS seperately if your compliance team needs it.

MOQ is one unit, but you’ll see better per-cart pricing at 10 or more. The garbage bin is 175 by 175 by 280mm—smaller than you might expect, so plan for that if you’re using it for high-volume waste. Warranty is 12 months, and we’ve had very few claims on the drawer rails, which is the part that usually gives trouble on cheaper carts.
