Every single unit goes through a 72-hour burn-in cycle at full operating range, air and skin modes both, with tempearture probes calibrated against a NIST-traceable standerd, and we log the data for each batch so you can actually see consistency across units (typically within ±0.1°C across 50 units or so).
The microcomputer servo control runs a self-test on startup that checks every sensor and alarm circuit, and if anything's off by more than the tolerance we've set, it just won't let you proceed — that's not a feature you'll find on cheaper double-wall hood units, and it's saved a few buyers from discovering a faulty thermistor mid-use.
You'll get a full COA with the shipment, not just the FDA and CE certs, and we also include the raw HPLC data for the humidity sensor calibration if you want it — most buyers don't ask for that, but it's there. 5. One thing that catches people off guard is the retest policy: if you run your own validation and something doesn't match our specs, we'll take it back within 30 days, no questions asked, but we usually have stock so confirm lead time before ordering.
