We're going with the 5-size CHI-LN series — the 600mm working length with that ±15% tolerance covers most of our difficult airway cases, and the 120° field of view at 400x400 resolution is fine for what we need, though it's not 1080p obviously.
They include ISO13485 cerification with the shipment, and they also send a COA per lot — we usually have stock on the 2.8mm and 5.8mm sizes (the two ends of that 5-option range), so lead time is about 20 days or so, but confirm by email just to be safe.
Imaging is purely electronic signal transmission, so no fiber optics to lose or degrade over time, and the detachable LCD screen means our company can swap in a replacement without sending the whole scope back — that alone cut our repair turnaround by roughly two weeks base on what another team told us.
I ordered three units of the 5.8mm version because bigger diameters give us more stability during retraction, and the 180° deflection up/down is actually tighter tolerance than most comparable scopes we've tested — better for the posterior larynx cases that always gave us trouble.
