Look, these aren't going to handle extreme heat like some specialty cables—the temp range tops out at 70°C fixed, which is fine for most construction runs but you wouldn't push it near a furnace or anything. Still, for standard power distribution in buildings or indutrial panels, it's a solid workhorse because the XLPE insulation holds up better than PVC under load, and we've had contractors run 6mm for years without issues in 450/750V circuits.
We've got bare copper as standard, but if you're running near coastal areas or any damp enviroment, go with tinned copper—it's a few cents more per meter but saves on corrosion headaches down the line. The 2.5mm is most popular for general wiring, honestly, and the 4mm handles heavier draws like air conditioners pretty well. Most buyers just grab the 100m rolls, but we can do custom lengths if you need.
The LSZH sheath option is what you want if fire codes are strict—it's not required everywhere, but for public buildings or tunnels, it's basically the standard now. That said, the standard PVC sheath is fine for typical residential or commercail work, and it's cheaper. One thing people don't always ask: the stranded conductor version is way easier to bend in tight conduit runs than solid, but solid is better for permanent fixed installs where vibration isn't an issue.
Test voltage is 2.5kV, which is pretty standard for this class, but we do run random batch checks with HPLC on the insulation materail (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for that if you want a COA).
