We've been running these BVR series wires through standard residential jobs and they hold up fine in conduit—solid copper, 99.9% pure, which means you're not losing much to resistance, and the flame retardant PVC is a given for safety inspections. Sizes run form 0.35mm² up to 50mm², so you can handle everything from a light circuit to a sub-panel feed with the same line, just different rolls.
It's rated 450/750V and 70°C standdard, but if you're pulling through a hot attic or near machinery, the 90°C option is worth the ask—usually our company have it in stock but confirm lead time. CE, CCC, RoHS, and ISO9001 all checked off, which basically means less headache with local code enforcement (check your jurisdiction though, some have quirks).
And they come in both solid and stranded conductor types. Stranded is a lot easier to work with in tight bends, really. 3 or 4 words: stranded is flexible. For most commercial power distribution, people go solid core because of that it holds shape better in terminal blocks.
Packaing is 100m or 200m rolls, but we'll cut custom lengths if you need something odd—just don't expect the same per-meter rate on a 30m piece. One thing buyers don't always think about: the 0.35mm² size is fine for control wiring, but it's actually undersized for any real power load, so don't grab it for a lighting circuit unless you've done the math.
About 20 days or so from order for standard sizes, but the 50mm² stuff sometimes takes a bit longer (roughly 30 days) because it's not as common in stock. Also, each roll comes with a COA from batch, so you've got traceability if anything gets questioned later.
We require a minimum order of 500 meters per size, but if you're mixing sizes in a single shipment, we can often work with 200 meters per size. Just let us know your needs.
Yes, we offer a 90°C optional upgrade on the PVC insulation for the BVR Series. It costs a bit more per meter, but we can switch the entire order or just specific sizes.
Absolutely, we include copies of CE, CCC, RoHS, and ISO9001 certificates with every shipment. If you need them in advance for your compliance team, just ask.
Custom lengths like 150-meter rolls typically add 3 to 5 working days to our standard lead time. We'll confirm the exact timeline once you place the order.
For 0.35mm², we only stock stranded conductor because solid that thin is too brittle for practical use. For sizes 1.5mm² and up, you can choose either solid or stranded.
