You're looking at a flat wire cable that’s been around for years in, basically DJYPVPR-37-2 with that 37-core parallel or plum-shaped arrangement, and we’ve supplied it to automation guys who need something that won't quit in tight spaces.
It’s not for residential wiring or anything like that—this is strictly for control systems where you’ve got vibration or temperture swings from -40°C to 150°C, and we usually see it in conveyor lines or robotic arms because the stranded oxygen-free copper handles flexing better than solid core.
The specs are solid: tensile strength at 12.5 MPa or better, elongation over 180%, and that dielectric strength of 18 MV/m means it holds up under stress, though you’ll want to check the voltage rating since our company can do 300/500V or 450/750V depending on your batch—volume resistivity is about 1.0×10⁸ Ω·m at 20°C, which is tighter tolerance than most generic cables.
We’ve been moving these on wooden spools for bulk orders, and customiztion is pretty straightforward—color, length, even your branding if you want it, but the MOQ is negotiable so just give us a rough number and we’ll work it out.
One thing buyers don’t always think about is teh flame retardancy; that oxygen index of 26% or higher means it self-extinguishes, so if you’re running it through plenums or near heat sources, it’s a safe bet, and we’ve got the CE and CCC certs to back that up.
Anyway, lead time runs 5 to 30 days or so depending on order size, and we usually have stock for standdard lengths, but confirm lead time if you’re in a rush—thermal stability tested at 200°C for 50 minutes is a detail we don’t always advertise, but it’s in the COA if you ask.

The default voltage rating is 300/500V, but we can switch it to 450/750V if your application requires it. Just specify which one you need during customization.
Standard packaging is on wooden spools, but we can also do coils or custom reels if you prefer. Just tell us your requirement, and we’ll adjust the packaging accordingly.
For an order around 2000 meters, lead time is usually about 10-15 days. Smaller orders can ship in 5 days, while larger ones may take up to 30 days. We'll confirm the exact timeline once we know your quantity.
