It handles 600V to 1000V standard applications, but we’ve also run ABC-OVHD series up to 35kV for certain distribution setups, so check your phase-to-ground requirement. Actually, most buyers use it for street lighting or temporary construction service where you need that aluminum conductor’s weight advantage over copper, though it’s not ideal for direct burial without conduit.
We usually stock 1000-meter rolls for single-core, but multi-core versions come on wooden drums depending on core count and cross-section — MOQ is 1000 meters either way. You’ll get a COA with every batch, and we’ve held ISO9001 and CE for years, though CCC certifcation is available if your project needs it for China market compliance.
Conductor temperture max is 90°C with XLPE insulation, but stick to 75°C if you’re using PE — that’s a spec that matters when running near transformer taps in summer heat. Stranded aluminun gives you better flexibility for overhead spans than solid core, and we’ve found PVC sheath holds up fine for most outdoor exposure.
To order, just specify core count and voltge — single or multi, 600V or 1kV — and we’ll confirm lead time, which is typically 20 days or so for standdard configurations. We don’t always have 35kV-rated cable on the shelf, so confirm availability if that’s your target.
Our MOQ is 1000 meters per type. For sample testing, we can usually arrange a short length of around 100 meters, but that's handled case by case.

PE insulation handles up to 75°C continuous, while XLPE can go up to 90°C. If your installation runs hot or needs better thermal performance, go with XLPE.
