It's a flexible power cable we run for internal wiring in electronics and small equipment, with stranded copper conductors in 0.5 to 0.75 mm² cross-sections that make it pretty easy to bend and route in tight spaces.
70°C and 300/300V, it passes the HD 405.1 flame test and meets DIN VDE 0281-5 — so it's reliable for applicaion where you don't want a fire risk, and the PVC insulation is RoHS compliant as well.
2, 3, or 4 core options are available, and we typically have 610-meter rolls in stock, though colors can be custmized if you need them for color-coding different circuits.
What it's not suited for is heavy industrial machinery or outdoor use — the 70°C rating and PVC jacket mean it's really meant for controlled indoor environments, and we usually advise checking the voltge drop for longer runs above 20 meters or so.
One thing buyers don't always ask about is the stripping ease — the insulation thickness is uniform enough that you won't fight with it during termination, which saves time on production lines.
Free samples are available, and we support custom specs, but confirm lead time for non-standard colors because we usually have black and white in stock.
