It's not meant for direct burial, so keep that in mind if your run goes underground—conduit or trunking is what you'll need, and we don't have a separate cable for that anyway.

For standard building wiring though, these rolls hold up well, and we see most buyers going with the 450/750V rating for internal circuits, but the 0.6/1KV option is there if you're pushing closer to that higher end.

PVC Insulated Electric Wire

Sizes run form 1.5mm² to 50mm², solid or stranded, and the temperture rating is 70°C standard (90°C or even 105°C available if you ask), which basically means it's fine for most residential and light commercial runs without needing to overspec.

Electric Wire Specifications

We've got CE and RoHS certs on file, and the IEC60332 standard is met, so your compliance team shouldn't have issues—we usually provide the COA with each shipment, but confirm lead time if you need it stamped seprately.

Electric Wire Applications

Packaing comes in 100m, 200m, 300m, or 500m rolls, and MOQ is typically 50 rolls or so, but if you're ordering a mixed batch our company can work around that; just give the TDS a look before you finalize.

Payment terms are standard T/T or L/C at sight, and we ship within 20 days after confirmation (sometimes faster if we've got stock), but the 300m rolls tend to sell out quicker so check availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the minimum order quantity for this copper wire? Can I order less than a full roll?

Our MOQ is 10 rolls per size. Single rolls are possible if you’re testing, but the price per meter will be higher. Let us know your quantity, and we’ll work out the best option.

Do you have a test report or certificate for the CE and RoHS compliance?

Yes, we can provide the CE declaration of conformity and RoHS test report with each shipment. Just request them when you place the order.

Can I get this wire in a 0.6/1kV rating with a 105°C temperature rating?

Absolutely. The 0.6/1kV and 105°C options are available on request. Standard stock is 450/750V at 70°C, but we can adjust the insulation thickness and material to meet your spec.

What’s the difference between solid and stranded conductor for building wiring? Which one do you recommend?

Solid is cheaper and stiffer, good for fixed installations inside walls. Stranded is more flexible and easier to pull through conduits. For most building wiring, stranded is preferred, but we can supply either.

How is the wire packaged for shipping? Is it on spools or just coiled?

We pack it in 100m, 200m, 300m, or 500m rolls, usually on plastic or wooden spools to prevent tangling. For larger orders, we can palletize and shrink-wrap them to keep the rolls clean during transit.
