We've seen clinics pair it with diet plans for best outcomes, and the 650nm laser pads (8 of them) do help with stubborn pockets on the abdomen or thighs.
35kg net weight means you'll need a sturdy cart to move it around the clinic, and the 8-inch touch screen is actually responsive for switching between cryo (-10°C to 4°C) and cavitation (40kHz) modes. The 5MHz RF is better than older 1MHz units for deeper tissue penetration, though some buyers complain the vacuum pressrue (0-106kPa) can leave temporary marks if set too high.
CE and ISO9001 certs are standdard for this price tier, but the 1-year the compressor and electronics—just not teh hand pieces, which usually wear out after 300 cycles or so. Most of our clients go with the 220V version unless they're in North America, where 110V is the norm.

Right now, that's our standard size for the cryo hand piece. We don't offer custom sizes on that part, but it works for most treatment areas.
