One thing buyers don't think to ask: the A/C unit needs a dedicated outlet per the manual, otherwise you trip breakers in older buildings. Also, the 16-inch touch LCD is nice but the remote rent system is really what clinic chains ask about—lets them lease the machine, track usage, and update firmware via USB.
Weight is about 85kg, give or take, so you'll need two people to move it. Dimnesions are 60×70×141cm—fits through standdard doorways but barely. Warranty runs 1-2 years with lifetime tech support, though we've had units go 4 years without a coolant refill.
