We keep these in continuous production, so stock availability on TW.301.419 runs fairly steady, usually shippng within 7-10 business days for the standerd 0.5-1.0mm² range, but the fabric and color options can stretch lead times to about 20 days or so depending on weave density you choose.

What we're seeing more of is lighting OEMs grabbing the 2-core round cable for LED spotlights and table lamps where visible wiring matters, because the PVC double insulation underneath that rayon or cotton braid actually handles continuous flex better than most standard PVC cords we've tested.

Basically, you're getting a 300/300V rated conductor with stranded copper — typically 0.75mm² is what most buyers go with for ceiling lights — and the textile covering isn't just for looks, it also protects the sheath from abrasion against metal fixture edges during installation.

The 0.5mm² version is fine for bulb lamps but don't use it for water heaters or microwave ovens; the current draw on those appliances needs the 1.0mm² cross-section or you'll see voltage drop issues, and we usually have COA data on hand showing the conductor resisance per meter for your design checks.

One detail that's easy to miss — the rayon coating between the PVC and the fabric outer layer, it basically prevents the textile form shifting during repeated bending, which matters if you're routing through tight spaces in floor lamp bases or washing machine panels.

Anyway, when you order, we ship with the RoHS and VDE compliance docs bundled into the packing slip, and for OEM runs our company can drop the packging into plain white boxes (just mention it on the PO); we've got around 350 meters per roll for the 0.75mm² stock.
