The UL1185 18AWG PVC insulated cable is designed for internal wiring applications in electronic and electrical equipment. This high-performance cable features a stranded copper conductor with optional tinning, surrounded by uniform PVC insulation and spiral shielding for optimal performance.

With a rated temperature of 80°C and voltage rating of 300V, this cable meets stringent UL758 and UL1581 standards. The product successfully passes UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 vertical flame tests, ensuring safety in various applications.

The cable construction includes precise insulation thickness for easy stripping and cutting during installation. The spiral shield provides additional protection against interference while maintaining flexibility.

Available in standard AWG sizes from 28AWG to 16AWG, the UL1185 cable offers excellent conductivity with maximum conductor resistance ranging from 14.6Ω/km to 392Ω/km depending on gauge size.
