You're looking at the full range of IEC60227 certified copper wires, and we've got everything form single-core BV to multi-core RVV up to 24 cores, with conductor sizes from 0.08mm² to 35mm² depending on what you need for the job, and the rated votage options are 300/300V, 300/500V, or 450/750V—basically covering most standdard electricla installations without overcomplicating the choice.
Most people go with the BVR semi-flexible for permanent placements where you still need a bit of bend, or the RV fully flexible for moving appliances and electronics, and the rigid BV is pretty much the default for fixed wiring in walls or conduit, so it's not a one-size-fits-all situation and we can mix series in the same order.
70°C is the temperature ceiling across the board, which works fine for indoor building wiring and household appliances, but don't push it into high-heat environments like near furnaces or direct sunlight exposure since the PVC insulation just isn't that, and that's a real limitation you should factor in.
We usually have stock on common sizes like 1.5mm² to 6mm² in BV and BVR, but for teh larger stuff above 16mm² or multi-core RVV with 12+ cores, expect a lead time of roughly 20 days or so (check with us first), and our company can do custom labeling on the reel if that matters for your inventory tracking.
Also, the flame test is done per CCC IEC60227, which means it self-extinguishes fairly quickly, and we provide the COA with every batch that includes the actual test results, so you're not just taking our word for it, and the cUL and IATF 16949 certifications are on the higher-end orders rather than every single reel.
We typically require a minimum of 1000 meters per size for standard orders, but we can be flexible on mixed orders. Just let us know your exact needs and we'll work something out.
Lead time for custom multi-core configurations is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation. Standard single-core sizes ship faster, around 7-10 days.

Absolutely. We offer both tinned and bare stranded copper for all sizes from 0.08mm² up to 35mm². Just specify bare stranded when you order.
Keep it in a dry, shaded area at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. The PVC insulation is rated for 0°C to 70°C, so avoid extreme temps. It'll stay good for a couple of years that way.
