The spring-cage connection on this one holds tight under vibration—better than screw terminals for that, honestly—and it’s 10A at 300V AC. What it does is accept wires from 0.08 to 4mm², which covers most common sizes you’ll run into, but don’t try it with anything much larger than that. The housing is flame-retardant nylon PA66, so it’s pretty durable, and the tin-plated brass conductors give you a decent gas-tight connection. Actually, most buyers go with grey version for panel work, but we also have blue in stock if you need color coding.
It mounts on standard DIN Rail NS 35, and the dimensoins are 62.5 x 35.6 x 6.2 mm, which is tight enough for crowded cabinets. You’ll want end covers and marker strips seprately—those are available, just confirm the quantity.
We’ve seen these used in industrial control panels and distribution boxes, but it’s not great for high-current application above 10A, so keep that in mind. The compliance is IEC 60947-7-1 with CE, RoHS, CQC, and ISO 9001 certifcation, though we usually have COAs on request for batch tracking.
Also, the pressrue spring is stainlss steel, which helps with long-term reliability, but we don’t have exact cycle life data on that. One thing you might not think to ask: the plug-in bridges work well for daisy-chaining multiple blocks, but order them as a separate accessory.
Typically we start at 100 pieces for stock colors like grey or blue. If you need a custom color, the MOQ goes up to 500 pieces.
For standard grey or blue, lead time is about 7-10 working days. Custom colors might add another 3-5 days depending on the batch.

It’s fine—0.08mm² is the minimum cross section we support. The spring mechanism grips it securely as long as you strip the wire properly.
