We've been sourcing these for about 18 months now, and the 600D PU coated polyester holds up better than most of the other chew toys we've tested—even the aggressive chewers in our test group took good 3-4 weeks to show any real wear, which is pretty much unheard of for a plush-style toy.
The heavy-duty nylon thread stitching is what actually makes the difference, not the filling, and the high-density polyfilling keeps its shape through at least 20 machine washes or so before it starts to sag a little.
25.4cm diameter is a sweet spot for medium to large breeds, but honestly it's too small for a mastiff or Great Dane—those guys will swallow it whole, so stick to smaller dogs if you're ordering for a kennel.
Lead time is typically 25-30 days for teh first order, but we usually get stock in about 20 days or so once the MOQ of 20 pieces per carton is confirmed, and they'll print your logo on the hang tag without a minimum run (check customiaztion fee though).
ISO and CCC certifications are in place, and the COA covers the fabric coating and dye migration—something most buyers don't think to ask about until a red toy bleeds onto a white carpet.
