The casting process utilizes high-quality materials including austenitic stainless steel (201, 303, 304, 316, 316L), hardened stainless steel (17-4PH, 410, 420, 440C), and various alloy steels. Our production capabilities range from small components weighing 0.1kg up to 80kg castings.
We specialize in complex geometry casting with minimum wall thickness of 2mm (1mm in micro-regions) and casting tolerances meeting CT4-CT7 standards. The surface roughness can achieve Ra1.6-Ra6.3 as standard, with machining finishes available down to Ra0.4.
Our comprehensive services include complete one-stop solutions from design assistance using Pro-E, UG, Solidworks and AutoCAD, through casting production, CNC machining (turning, milling, drilling, grinding), heat treatment (quenching, annealing, tempering), to various surface treatments (electroplating, polishing, powder coating).
Quality assurance is maintained through 100% inspection before packing, supported by advanced inspection equipment including CMM, hardness testers, and spectrometers. All products comply with international standards including ASTM, AISI, BS, DIN, JIS, and ISO.
