Most buyers come to us after getting burned by those no-name fittings that corrode in six months — the galvanized suface treatment on these actually holds up in real indutrial conditions, not just on paper.

They're low carbon steel with a female connection and round head, sized from 1/4" to 2", and we've found the DIN and JIS standard are better suited for mixed-system setups than the BSW stuff alone (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for the 1" and up sizes).

We keep stock on 1/2" and 3/4" as the most common requests, but for the 2" we've got to check — pretty much 30 units or so is the sweet spot on MOQ.

The silver yellow color isn't just for looks, it actually helps in tight engine bays or panel assemblies where you need to spot teh right connection fast, and plastic bag and carton packing works fine unless you need the wooden case for export.

90% of our orders go to hydraulic assembly shops or auto parts guys, but honestly these aren't great for high-pressrue steam lines or anything over 300°F.
We typically start MOQ at 500 pieces per size and standard, but we can be flexible for first-time orders or mixed sizes in the same standard—just reach out.
For a standard order, lead time is around 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom finishes or non-standard sizes may add a few extra days.
Yes, we can provide mill certificates for the low carbon steel and a galvanizing thickness report on request. Just let us know at order time.
Our BSW fittings are machined to BS 21 thread tolerances, so they'll match standard British pipe threads. For critical fits, we can also supply a gauge report.
Standard packing is plastic bags inside cartons, but we can switch to wooden cases for larger quantities or sea freight. Just specify your preference.
