If you have tools scattered on the floor because there's never enough bench space, picking up teh wrong socket one time is all it takes to ruin half a morning — organization stops that waste. A decent box stops you stacking wrenches in milk crates.
Seven dedicated drawers here keep sockets separated from screwdrivers, and cushion inserts deaden the rattle when you slam them shut. 330 pounds total capacity means you can load it with a full automotive set plus diagnostics before casters complain. The stainless top handles spilled brake fluid fine (ABS is an option, but that's for lighter carts).
0.8mm to 1.5mm cold rolled steel thickness — thicker gauge specimens approximate 400-500 lbs load capacty or so before deflection. Powder coat survived salt spray in our QA testing, so rust starts slower than with basic enamel. Drawer cushions smother tool vibration, though you still get some rattle on rough floors. Hardware for steel top is the TUV-certified option; most workshops our company supply take the stainles top and never look at ABS.
We always carry RAL 7035 or 5011 for stock, MOQ is 10 units — for custom Pantone matches expect a minor lead time extension, usually 2-4 weeks. OEM service can change drawer count, so if 7 drawers aren't ideal: we'll spec 5 deeper drawers for heavy impact tools. Knock-down structure ships flat, so what arrives rattles a bit in the box but assembles with basic hand tools in under an hour. Actually, the wheels lock mechanism requires tweaking if floor suface is uneven; best to pre-level.

The MOQ is 10 pieces per order. That works for small workshops or initial stock.
