Most people start asking about pressure rating because they're worried about blowouts, and yeah, we've seen those fittings max out at 6000 PSI on the bench with plenty of margin—though in real systems I'd keep them to about 5000 PSI continuous for peace of mind, but that's just what we usually hear back from field guys. The thread options are NPT, BSPP, or BSPT, which is basically what you need for most DIN or ANSI setups, and sizes run from 7/16'' up to 2-1/2'' so you've got some range there.

100 pieces is our MOQ for the EHOSE series, and that's after we ran the cost numbers on small batches—below that the galvanizing line just isn't economical for us to fire up, but most buyers go with 500 or 1000 units anyway. Lead time sits around 15 to 30 days for standard items, though we usually have stock on the common 3/4'' and 1-1/16'' NPT sizes if you're in a hurry.

The galvanized surface treatment holds up pretty well in wet environments (think washdown zones), but honestly it's not your best bet for subsea or salt spray application—that's where you'd want the 316 option with a heavier zinc layer, but we can talk about that when you call. Stainless 304 or 316 is the base, hexagon head for a standard wrench, female connection type, so installation is straightforward even in tight spots.

Temperature tolerance runs from -20°C to 200°C, which covers most hydraulic loops we see, though if you're pushing steam or cryo lines you'll want to check the o-ring compatibilty separately. One thing buyers sometimes miss is that these are built to DIN and GB standards for the most part—we can do ANSI or JIS too, but the threading is tighter on BSPP than on NPT, so let us know which spec sheet you're working from.

We've been moving these for about seven years now, and the biggest complaint we get is when people order the wrong thread pitch for their adapters—BSPT is tapered and BSPP is parallel, and they don't swap cleanly, so triple-check your ports before you place the PO. Anyway, if you're buying in bulk we can knock the per-unit price down pretty aggressively when you hit 2000 pieces or so, but MOQ is 100.

That said, we can send you a sample set of three sizes if you want to test fit before committing (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for that), and we'll include the COA from our batch if you need it for traceability. Better than chasing a supplier who only has stock sizes—you'll have room to spec teh exact threads and hex dimensoins you need without paying for a custom run.
