We've got stainless, carbon steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, or nylon depending on what your line needs, and the module is customizable though we stock Module 2 if you want to skip wait.
Basically, each gear is hobbed or shaped to your drawing, and we use a gear measurement center so tooth profiles hit the tolerance you specify — usually within 20 microns or so.
Rockwell hardness testing happens, mind you, so teh hardened surface isn't just a claim; we've seen these hold up in marine winches where corrosion would trash a standard piece in weeks.
One thing though — these aren't suited for high-speed applicaion above 3000 RPM without a specific grinding finish, which our company can do but it adds about 10 days to lead time (check with us first).
Our MOQ starts at 50 pieces for standard sizes, but we can go lower for prototypes or small-batch runs—just send your drawing and we'll quote accordingly.
