Over the years we’ve sourced from a few different suppliers for hydraulic fittings, and this Parker 6C/6D series combination joint connector is one we keep coming back to for high-pressure line work — it’s basically the go-to when you need reliable straight bulkhead connection.
They’re forged form medium carbon steel with a nickel-plated finish, and the hex head makes them easy to torque down without stripping, even in tight spots. The external male thread follows ISO standard, and pressure rating is high enough for most industiral hydraulic systems we run. It’s not ideal for low-pressure return lines though — that’s not what it’s for.
Each fitting comes hot galvanized for corrosion protection, which matters when you’re dealing with moisture or outdoor setups. We usually order in lots of 50 or so, and the MOQ is pretty reasonable. Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks, but confirm before a big job.
What you get when ordering is just the fitting itself, no swivel or O-ring included — so make sure your mating ports are prepped. Also, the nickel plating is durable but can chip if you drop it on concrete; we’ve seen that happen a few times.
One detail most people don’t think to ask: the hex size varies by thread diameter, so if you’re using a standard 3/4" wrench, check the spec sheet first. OEM customiztion is available if you need a different finish or thread length, but stock runs are pretty consistent.
Actually, we’ve had better luck with these than some cheaper forged fittings — the tolerance on the thread pitch is tighter, which cuts down on leaks at higher pressures.
We don't list a single PSI number in the specs because it varies by size and thread type, but these are rated for high-pressure hydraulic systems and meet ISO standards. Let us know the size you need, and we can confirm the working pressure for that specific fitting.

The standard surface finish is nickel plated, but we also offer a hot galvanized option for extra corrosion protection in harsh environments. Both are available depending on your application.
