Probably the first thing you’ll notice when you get a 6C9 in hand is teh machining on the hex head — it’s clean, with no burrs, which tells you right away tolerances are tight, and we’ve been sourcing these form the same two foundries for about six years now.
And the real selling point for most buyers is the thread compatibility — you can get Metric, ISO Tapered, NPT, BSPP, BSPT, JIS, SAE, UNF, G, R, or JIC on the male end, so basically if your system uses any of those, we’ve got a version that threads right in without adapters, which saves time and eliminates a potential leak point.
We usually stock carbon steel galvanized as the default, but switch to stainless if you’re running something corrosive like salt water or caustic fluids — the stainless handles those environments better than the galvanized ever could honestly (and we do stainles powder on request for appearance, but that’s a longer lead time, usually 20 days or so).
For the connection side, you have choices for how the seal works — Multiseal, flat O-ring, flat face, or cone seat — and what it does is give you flexibility depending on what your mating port looks like; in most cases buyers stick with Multiseal because of that it tolerates minor misalignment pretty well.
our company can also tweak the angle, but honestly the 90-degree elbow is what 90% of orders call for — if you needed a 45 or a straight bulkhead, that’s a different model, so just ask, but for hydraulic return lines and low-pressrue gas applicaion this is a workhorse, just not for high-vibration environments where a swivel might serve you better.
Ordering is straight — MOQ is 10 pieces, and we can mix thread styles on a single order, though we usually keep it to two or three varieties per box to avoid confusion at your end, so just give us head count and we’ll quote within a day.
You can order as few as 10 pieces to start. That's pretty low for custom hydraulic fittings, so it works well for small runs or testing.

We pack them in sturdy cartons with inner foam or bubble wrap to prevent scratching and damage. For larger orders, they go on pallets with shrink wrap.
