They're not going to seal perfectly in every single appliction right out of teh box, that's the main caveat with these round-head female couplings — they rely on you choosing the right O-ring or thread sealant for your specific O-ring boss port, but once you do, they hold up fine in most medium-presure excavator or indutrial machinery lines we see.

For the price point and what you're getting with galvanized medium carbon steel at about 0.2kg each, most buyers go with the silver or yellow finish because of that it's easier to spot leaks in tight machine bays, and the yellow actually contrasts better against oil stains than white does.

We usually have about 60 pieces per box in stock, but confirm lead time because the white color options sometimes run 20 days or so behind the silvers and yellows — it's something about the passivation step in the galvanizing line that slows that color down.

The DIN standerd threading (they're designed for 1CB-16-04 pattern, roughly G1/2 female connections) is what it is — tighter tolerance than some domestic knockoffs, so you'll get a more consistent bite on the hose nipple, though we've seen a few folks in high-vibration setups add a drop of threadlocker as a precaution.

COA with each batch covers the basic stuff like thread pitch and galvanized coating thickness (roughly 8-12 microns), but if you need an HPLC or detailed metallurgy report on the medium carbon steel composition, give us a few days heads-up — our company can pull that but it's not sitting on every pallet.
Our standard MOQ is one box, which is 60 pieces. If you need less, check with us — we can sometimes split a box for sample orders.
We provide a mill test certificate for the medium carbon steel and a galvanized coating thickness report on request. No third-party cert is included unless you arrange it.
Right now we only offer those three colors — silver, white, and yellow. Custom colors would require a larger MOQ and longer lead time, so let us know your volume.
For stock orders, we ship within 7–10 business days. If you need a rush, we can sometimes cut that to 3–5 days for small quantities.
They come in a standard cardboard box, with each joint individually wrapped in plastic to prevent scratches. The boxes are palletized for bulk orders.
