We’ve been moving these pens for about three years now, and the 7.5mg concentration is what most buyers go with for stubborn pockets—it’s the same active you’d find in similar injectables, but the pre-filled format cuts out a lot of handling time for your clinic staff.
Basically, each pen delivers a fixed 0.5ml dose, so there’s no drawing up or vial mixing, which reduces waste and contamination risk—something procurement folks really like when they’re auditing compliance. 2 to 8 sessions is the typical range, spaced four weeks apart, and results hold up as long as the patient doesn’t regain weight.
Shiping is the tricky part because it needs to stay refrigerated at 2-8°C, so we use insulated boxes with gel packs and a temperture logger in every shipment—roughly 20 units per box is standerd, but we can adjust if you’re placing a larger order. Lead time is usually 10-14 business days, but we’ve had rush orders land in 7 with a small surcharge.
One thing a lot of buyers don’t think to ask is that our company provide a full COA from an independent lab, not just a manufacurer’s spec sheet—HPLC verified, typically within 2% of the labeled concentration. Payment terms are typically 50% upfront via wire, balance before shipping, though we can discuss net terms if you’re a repeat buyer with a decent MOQ.
It’s not suited for patients with active liver or kidney issues, or for anyone with lipodystrophy—that’s a hard contraindication we flag in the documentation, so make sure your end users are screening properly. The 5mg pen is actually better for smaller areas like the chin or knees, where you want a gentler effect, but the 7.5mg is the workhorse for abdomen and thighs.
Anyway, the only real limitation is the cold chain—once it warms up above 8°C for more than a few hours, the deoxycholic acid can degrade, so we don’t recommend ground shipping in summer unless the buyer has a climate-controlled courier. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you’re ordering over 100 pens.
The 7.5mg/0.5ml is a higher concentration, typically used for larger areas like the abdomen or thighs, while the 5mg/0.5ml is better for smaller, more sensitive zones like the chin or knees. Your choice depends on the treatment area and patient tolerance—start with the lower dose for first-time users if you are unsure.
Our MOQ is 100 pens per order, but we can discuss smaller trial batches for first-time buyers. Samples are available at a reduced cost to help you test the product before committing.

We provide a certificate of analysis for every batch and comply with ISO 13485 standards. While this product is not FDA-approved, it meets CE marking requirements for cosmetic use in many regions.
Each pen is single-use only and contains exactly 0.5ml of solution, designed for one treatment area per session. You will need a new pen for each session, which helps maintain sterility and dosage accuracy.
