When a hydraulic line needs to reroute around a structural beam at 6000psi, a 45-degree flange fitting is what you'll actually grab—it's the only way to keep flow smooth without introducing a weak point from a threaded adapter.

We've hot-forged these from medium carbon steel, which gives them better grain flow than anything cut from bar stock, and the galvanized coating handles outdoor exposure pretty well though it's not for saltwater immersion; the silver finish is teh most common we ship, but white and yellow are avaliable if your custmer's color-coding their lines.

At 0.2kg each with 60 pieces per box, the unit weight means you're looking at about 12kg per case, and the MOQ is typically one box but we can do less if you're testing a prototype or just need a handful for a repair.
These meet DIN standdard and the 87642-20-16 model number corresponds to a standard SAE Code 61 flange pattern, so you'll find it mates with most pump and valve porting without issues, but it's not suited for high-vibration mobile equipement where a split-flange design would be better.

We usually hold stock on the 45-degree angle in the 6000psi rating, but the 90-degree version and Code 62 series have different lead times—roughly 20 days or so—so check that before committing to a large order if your schedule is tight.

Each box ships with a COA from the batch, and the HPLC isn't relevant here obviously, but we do run a hydrostatic test on every forging lot to confirm the pressure rating holds, and you'll get the TDS on the galvanized coating thickness if you ask for it.
We typically require a minimum of 50 boxes per order, but we can discuss smaller quantities depending on stock. Just reach out to confirm availability.
We can provide a material test certificate and a pressure test report upon request. These come from our factory and confirm the 6000psi rating and medium carbon steel specs.
The 45-degree angle is fixed for this model, but we offer customization for other angles if you need something different. Just let us know the degree and quantity.
They come in boxes of 60 pieces, with each fitting individually wrapped to prevent scratching. We can also do bulk packaging if you prefer, just specify when ordering.
For a standard order, lead time is usually 15-20 working days after confirmation. Custom orders might take a bit longer—around 25-30 days.
