Materail options here: stainless steel (SS304, SS316, SS201, SS430—pick your grade), aluminum 6061, 6063, 7075, or 5052, plus copper, brass, and various steels like carbon or spring steel. Suface treatments include plating, anodizing, polishing, or powder coating, and we handle compression, torsion, tension, and wire-formed springs. Tolerances down to ±0.05mm are standdard, but we'll work with your custom requirement if needed.
Production capacity is high-volume, and lead time runs 10-30 days for custom orders—usually closer to 20 days or so, but confirm for rush jobs. MOQ is flexible, depending on product type, and we hold ISO 9001 cerification for quality management.
It's not suited for ultra-precision micro parts below 0.01mm tolerance—our ±0.05mm is better than reagent grade for most industrial use, but not for medical implants. A detail you might not think to ask: we'll hold your first-article inspection report for reference on repeat orders.
Basically, send your drawings or samples, we prototype, get your approval, then run production, our company have stock on common materials, but check lead time for exotics like 7075 aluminum.
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type. For simple wire forms, we can start as low as 500 pieces, but for more complex CNC machined parts, we may need a bit higher. Just send us your specs and we'll work out a number that fits your budget.
