Our YL series induction motors are designed for industrial applications requiring reliable and efficient power transmission. These motors feature robust cast iron construction with IP55 protection rating, making them suitable for demanding environments.
The motors utilize 100% copper wire winding for enhanced conductivity and durability. Available in 2/4 pole configurations, they provide flexible speed options to meet various application requirements. The closed-type casing offers superior protection against dust and moisture ingress.
These induction motors support multiple mounting options including foot mounting (IMB3), flange mounting (IMB5), and combination mounts (IMB35, IMB14). The standard color options include blue, green, red, black and white finishes.
Manufactured through a rigorous process including precision stamping of laminations, rotor die-casting, vacuum varnishing, and balanced rotor assembly. Each motor undergoes comprehensive testing at every production stage to ensure consistent quality and performance.
The motors operate under S1 duty with 50Hz frequency and 220V±5% rated voltage. Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -15°C to 45°C at altitudes below 1000 meters. Cooling is achieved through IC0141 method for optimal thermal management.
Available in frame sizes from 63-132, with appropriate packaging (carton boxes for smaller frames, wooden boxes for larger frames). Custom specifications and OEM services are available to meet specific application requirements.
