Our advanced insulation system combines top-tier materials to create a completely gap-free insulation layer. The winding ends feature high rigidity to withstand frequent switching and reversing operations. With F-class insulation, these motors offer enhanced thermal stability and extended operational lifespan.

Motor Internal Components

The rotor manufacturing employs precision die-casting technology, guaranteeing consistent quality and refined aesthetics. Our bearing and motor construction design carefully considers motor type, operational forces, speed requirements, and lubrication methods to ensure reliable performance with minimal maintenance needs.

For frame sizes up to 250, we utilize closed bearings, while larger frames incorporate open-type bearings that allow for regreasing during operation. The motors feature a durable primer coating with optional special corrosion protection treatments available.

Motor Assembly Process

These motors operate effectively within power supply variations of ±5% voltage and ±2% frequency, with combined variations not exceeding ±5%. Various optional features include IP56 protection class, space heaters, heat protectors, vibration detectors, and customized mounting dimensions.

The manufacturing process includes precision stamping of laminations, rotor die-casting, both manual and semi-automatic winding insertion, vacuum varnishing, and comprehensive machining of all components. Each motor undergoes rigorous quality control including rotor balancing, painting (wet or powder coating), and 100% testing at every production stage.
