The YE3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are designed according to GB/T28575-2012 standards, achieving IE3 efficiency level as specified in IEC60034-30. These motors feature 100% copper windings and offer superior energy saving performance compared to conventional motors.
With center heights ranging from H80-H355 and power outputs from 0.75KW to 315KW, these motors are suitable for various industrial applications. The installation dimensions comply with IEC60072-1 standards, allowing direct replacement of conventional motors.
Key features include IP55 protection class, F/H insulation class, and ICO141 cooling method. Motors with center height H160 and above can be equipped with thermistor and moisture-proof heating belt options.
The product undergoes strict quality control including incoming QC, process inspection and final testing. Each motor is manufactured with premium materials including national standard stator and rotor components.
Available in multiple pole configurations (2P, 4P, 6P, 8P, 10P) to meet different speed requirements. The motors operate under ambient temperatures from -15°C to 40°C and altitudes up to 1000m.
Customization options include various mounting types (B3, B5, B14, B35), voltage specifications (220-760V), and frequency requirements (50Hz/60Hz).
Applications include industrial machinery, pumps, fans, compressors, and other equipment requiring reliable three-phase motor solutions. The motors are certified with CE, ISO9001 and CCC standards.
