We run each motor through a full load test before it leaves the floor, checking current draw and tempearture rise against the spec sheet, and every unit gets a vibration reading to confirm it's within R grade tolerance. Basically, you're not getting a box with a paper certificate and crossed fingers — the COA reflects actual measured data from that specific motor, not batch averages.
Power range goes from 0.35KW all the way up to 300KW with 2, 4, 6, or 8 pole options, and we've got IE2 and IE3 efficiency classes available. The cast iron housing handles rough environments well, and with IP55 as standard (IP56 optional), it's better than most aluminun-frame motors for dust and water ingress. Ambient temp tolerance is -15°C to +40°C, altitude up to 1000m — if you're pushing beyond that, we usually have stock but confirm lead time.
What it does in practice is drive pumps, fans, conveyors, compressors — pretty much any constant-speed indutrial load that doesn't need variable frequency control out of the box. It's not suited for explosive atmospheres or high-altitude installations above 1000m without derating, just to be clear. Most buyers go with the 380V 50Hz configuration for standard application, but we can customize voltage to 415V or 440V (usually 2-4 weeks for that).
We maintain batch consistency through ISO9001 procedures, and our test records are traceable back to raw material lots — cast iron, copper winding, and silicon steel plates all get incoming inspection. The F-class insulation is checked via dielectric strength test on every stator, and we've got CCC and CE certifications on file. If you need a retest, we'll do it at cost, but we've rarely seen a motor fail within spec.
For ordering, the MOQ is typically 5 units for common frame sizes, but we can do a single unit for sample testing (confirm lead time though). Mounting options are B3, B5, or B35, and bearings are sealed or open depending on frame size — we'll advise base on your application. Noise level stays at 75dB(A) or below for most of the range, which is quieter than many older designs at equivalent power.
