We got your RFQ for the inflatable ride-ons, and yes, we do these in volume — the PVC runs 0.18 to 0.3mm thick depending on design you want, and it's pretty much standard for commercail park use.
Capasity is under 100kg per piece, which works for kids 3 to 18, but don't expect it to hold more than 5 passengers at once — you'll see sagging if you push past that, especially on the thinner material. Custom colors are no problem, we've done everything form neon green to full-branded schemes. Custom sizes also, but the MOQ is 1000 units — that's firm for any custom work.
Usually we ship in OPP bags, but for larger orders (2000 units or so) we can switch to poly-wrapped bundles if you're paying freight. Lead time is about 20-30 days after approval, but confirm it — we've had delays on custom prints before.
A thing you might not think of: these are meant for pool and beach use, not for high-wind areas — they'll topple with strong gust. They're not adults over 100kg, anyway.
1,000 pieces at 0.18mm PVC, standard color, runs roughly $3.50 a unit FOB. If you need thicker material or specific Pantone matches, add about $0.80 per piece. our company can send a COA with the batch — just note it in the PO.
MOQ is 1000 pieces per design, and that includes full color customization. So if you want your own brand colors or a specific shade, you're good as long as you hit that minimum.
