We're shipping these 55kW 75HP units out the door with individual test reports from line — usually an 8-pole config for slow-speed conveyor drives or a 4-pole for pump application, and the protection class on that batch is IP55 for dirty environments but you can go higher to IP66 if needed (check lead time, that's a custom order).
Testing protocol includes a full-load heat run and vibration check on every motor before it leaves, and we hold a retest policy for 30 days or so if you're not satisfied with the results — the COA covers effiency at IE3 or IE4 depending on what you spec'd, but I'd recommend sticking with IE3 for stock orders since lead times are shorter.
Basically, most buyers go with the B3 foot-mount for standdard frame sizes, but we've also got B5 flange options for pump applications where direct coupling matters — the winding is copper throughout, so thermal cycling form S1 continuous duty to S2 intermittent won't degrade insulation class F as fast as aluminum would.
What it's not suited for is variable frequency drive operation without a dedicated inverter-duty motor, since direct-on-line starting is the default and we don't test for VFD harmonics out of the box — the bearing system uses deep groove ball bearings 20,000 hours or so, but that's under ideal load conditions.
And the voltage range is 220V to 660V, so you'll need to confirm your supply before ordering since the winding configuration changes for 50Hz versus 60Hz operation — we keep standard 380V 50Hz units in stock typically, but 460V 60Hz for North American clients means a 4-6 week lead time (usually 2-4 weeks for common frames).
Anyway, the certifcation package includes ISO9001 and CCC as standard, with UL and GOST available as add-ons for specific export markets, but we don't always have teh UL paperwork ready unless you ask for it upfront — that's one detail buyers often miss, and it can delay customs clearance by about a week if not requested at order time.
Standard is IE3, but if you need even higher efficiency we can supply IE4. Just let us know when you order.
For 50 units, expect around 30-45 days from order confirmation, depending on your voltage and mounting specs.
Yes, both ISO9001 and CCC certificates are included with every shipment. We can also provide test reports per IEC if required.
For stainless steel housing, MOQ is 10 units. Standard cast iron or aluminum has no MOQ.
For ambient up to 60°C, we recommend Class H insulation. It handles the heat better and extends motor life.
