The adjustable 650nm red aiming beam lets you see exactly where the fiber tip is positioned under the skin, and that’s crucial for avoiding uneven contours. We’ve seen clinics pair this with lower suction pressures than traditional lipo, so there’s less bruising post-op, though it’s not meant for large-volume fat removal—think chin, arms, or inner thighs.
Output power sits at 60W, which is enough for most body contouring protocols, and the fiber diameters run 0.4mm, 0.6mm, or 0.8mm bare fiber—most buyers go with the 0.6mm for general use because it’s a good balance between tissue penetration and structrual integrity under pulse mode. The working modes are CW, single, and pulse, with the pulse delay adjustable between 0.05 and 1.0 seconds, giving you control over thermal relaxation times. It also supports 980nm alone, 1470nm alone, or combined—about 80% of orders are for the dual-wavelength setup because the collagen stimulation from 1470nm is noticeably better than single-wavelength units.
The SMA905 connector is international standard, so you can swap fibers from different manufacturers, though we usually include two spares in the kit (240/400 and 600/800 fiber sets, depending on your order). Net weight is only 5KG, but the gross weight jumps to 22KG because the packaging includes foam inserts and teh carrying case (usually an ABS plastic shell). The 5L drum size is about 48x40x30cm (check lead time for custom colors on the enclosure).
We run each unit through a 72-hour burn-in test with a thermocouple on the fiber tip, which catches about 1 in 30 units with intermittent laser diode issues before they ship. COA includes the actual wavelength drift and power stability at 60W for a 10-minute continuous run. It’s not CE marked, so confirm your local regulatory requirements if you’re in Europe or Brazil—some distributors add their own certifcation labels after import.
MOQ is typically one unit for OEM branding with your logo on the shell and the boot screen, lead time around 20 days or so for the first order, faster for repeat orders. our company can do custom cable lengths (standard is 3 meters, but we’ve made 5-meter setups for bigger clinics) and connector plating if you’re working with saline-heavy environments. Payment terms are usually 50% advance, 50% before shipment—wire transfer or L/C at sight.
Also, the 1470nm wavelength isn’t great for treating loose skin on its own; you really need the 980nm for deeper fat coagulation to get the collagen payout. Overall, the system is pretty solid for a 60W compact chassis, but don’t expect it to handle large abdominal work in one pass—thread two fibers for that.
