Our motor incorporates advanced insulation systems with F-class insulation materials, providing excellent heat resistance and extended service life. The winding ends feature high rigidity construction capable of withstanding frequent switching and reversing operations.
The precision die-cast rotor ensures stable operation and consistent performance. The bearing system is carefully designed according to motor type, operational forces, speed requirements, and lubrication needs. For frame sizes up to 250, we use sealed bearings, while larger frames feature open-type bearings that allow for regreasing during operation.
