The YE2 series three phase AC induction motor is engineered for superior performance in industrial environments. Constructed with premium cast iron housing, this motor delivers exceptional structural rigidity and durability. The stator and rotor cores utilize high-grade silicon steel plates with excellent surface insulation properties, ensuring minimal energy loss and optimal efficiency.

Our motor features an advanced insulation system combining high-quality materials to create complete insulation without gaps. The winding ends demonstrate remarkable rigidity, capable of withstanding frequent switching and reversing operations. With F-class insulation, the motor maintains excellent heat stability and extended operational lifespan.

Motor Internal Components

The precision die-casting technology employed in rotor manufacturing guarantees consistent quality and aesthetic appeal. Our bearing and motor construction design carefully considers motor type, load characteristics, rotational speed, and lubrication requirements to ensure reliable performance with minimal maintenance needs.

For frame sizes up to 250, we utilize closed bearings, while larger frames incorporate open-type bearings that allow for regreasing during operation. The motor's surface treatment includes a durable primer coating, with optional special corrosion-resistant finishes available.

Motor Assembly Process

This three phase induction motor operates effectively within voltage variations of ±5% and frequency fluctuations of ±2% (combined variation within ±5%). Numerous customization options are available including IP56 protection class, space heaters, heat protectors, vibration detectors, and specialized mounting configurations.

The manufacturing process includes precision stamping of laminations, rotor die-casting, both manual and semi-automatic winding insertion, vacuum varnishing, and comprehensive machining of all components. Each motor undergoes rigorous quality control including rotor balancing, multiple painting processes (wet paint or powder coating), and 100% testing at every production stage.
