The YE3-112M-4 is a high efficiency three-phase asynchronous electric motor with 4KW power output and 1455 RPM speed. This IE3 efficiency class motor is designed for industrial applications requiring continuous duty operation.
With its beautiful profile and optimized design, this motor delivers reliable performance with low noise and vibration. The motor features F class insulation and IP54 protection degree as standard, with options for higher protection levels up to IP56.
Typical applications include driving pumps, fans, cutting machines, conveyors, machine tools, food processing equipment, lifting devices and various production machinery. The motor is suitable for operation in ambient temperatures up to 40°C at altitudes below 1000 meters.
The YE3 series motor comes with multiple mounting options including foot mounting (B3), flange mounting (B5) or combined foot/flange mounting (B35). Terminal box position can be specified as top, right side or left side according to customer requirements.
Optional features include higher insulation class (H), various thermal protection devices (PTC thermistor, thermostat or PT100), special sealing options (lip seal or oil seal), space heaters, and double shaft ends. The motor casing is available in cast iron or aluminum shell construction.
With direct on-line starting capability and service factor of 1.0-1.15, this motor provides reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. The frequency range supports both 50Hz (30-60Hz) and 60Hz (40-70Hz) operation.
