The YTM/YHP/YMPS series three-phase asynchronous motors are specially designed for coal grinding applications in power stations. These motors comply with GB755, IEC34-1 and JB/T7128-93 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
The motors feature a robust welded steel box structure with excellent rigidity and light weight. The stator adopts an external press-fit structure with Class F insulation and anti-corona materials. The winding ends are securely fixed using special lashing processes, and the entire stator undergoes vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment for superior insulation properties.
These motors offer multiple configuration options including different cooling methods (IC611 air-air cooling or IC81W air-water cooling), bearing types (rolling or friction bearings), and voltage ratings (380V, 3kV or 6kV). The squirrel cage rotor design ensures reliable operation, with copper strip rotors used for higher power specifications.
The main terminal box features IP54 protection and flexible mounting options. The cable entry can be oriented in multiple directions for convenient installation. These motors are characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, low vibration, and easy maintenance.
