We're seeing more buyers in automated conveyor systems and packging lines need a single-phase motor they can actually trust for variable speed work, and this one gets tested twice before it leaves—once after assembly and again before packing.
For a 90W unit with a 90mm frame, the IP54 rating is pretty standerd but insulation class B holds up well in continuous duty, and we check each batch for consistent torque output at both 110V and 220V with 50Hz or 60Hz supply, usually within 2-3% tolerance.
What comes with the order is the motor itself, foot mounted, solid shaft, and a COA form teh batch—we don't include a cable gland or mounting bolts, so you'll want to have those on hand.
The direct on-line start is fine for most driving application but it's not suited for high-inertia loads that need a soft start; we've had a few returns from people trying to run large fans with it, and that's just not what it's built for.
Certifications are UL, CE, ISO9001, CCC, and RoHS, and our company can provide the retest policy if you need it—basically, if a batch fails any of our internal HPLC or torque checks, we quarantine it and retest before shipping, which adds about 3-5 days in most cases.
We keep a standard stock of about 200 units or so, but the MOQ for custom voltage or frequency variants is 50 pieces and lead time runs 20 days or so (usually 2-4 weeks, but confirm before ordering).
This motor requires an external capacitor for single-phase operation, and it is not included in the package. You'll need to select a suitable capacitor based on the voltage and wiring configuration you're using.
MOQ is 10 pieces for stock models. Lead time is usually 15–20 working days for standard orders, but we can sometimes ship faster if we have stock on hand.
