We've been shippng these IE3 motors for a while now, and most buyers come to us after dealing with older motors that just eat electricity—the efficiency jump is pretty significant once you switch over.
The YE3 series runs from 0.75kW up to 355kW, center heights from 80mm to 355mm, and you can get it in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 poles depending on your speed needs—it's all copper wound, which helps with heat dissipation and longevity, and the IP55 rating means dust and water jets aren't a problem in most factory environments.
What it does is deliver that IE3 premium efficieny standard, so you're looking at about 3-5% better energy use than a standdard motor, and the F-class insulation with 80K temperature rise means it can run hard without cooking itself—though it's not suited for frequent start-stop cycles unless you've got a variable frequency drive in place.
You can customize the votage beyond the standard 380V, and our company offer OEM services for things like special shaft dimensions or different terminal box positions, but the lead time typically runs 30 days or so for those—check with us first if you need something outside usual B3, B35, or B5 mounting.
Noise levels are low (below 70dB for most sizes), vibration is reduced compared to older designs, and we usually stock the common sizes with C&U bearings as standard—SKF or NSK are an option if you want them, though there's a slight cost bump.
380V is the default, but we've done 415V and 460V for export orders before, so just specify what you need—shipping is typically via sea freight for larger units, and we'll include the COA and test reports with every shipment.

For standard 30kW IE3 motors with copper winding, lead time is usually around 20-30 days. If you need a rush, we can sometimes cut that down depending on stock and pole count.
Keep them in a dry, clean area with good ventilation, and make sure they're not exposed to moisture. If they'll sit for more than a few months, rotate the shaft by hand every so often to keep the bearings in good shape.
