The YE3 series represents a new generation of fully enclosed fan-cooled squirrel-cage induction motors designed for superior energy efficiency. These motors meet the stringent requirements of GB 18613-2012 class II and IEC 60034-30 Premium Efficiency (IE3) standards, delivering significant energy savings compared to conventional models.
With a comprehensive power range from 0.75kW to 355kW and center heights spanning 80mm to 355mm, these motors offer versatile solutions for various industrial applications. The three-phase design ensures stable operation, while the F-class insulation with 80K temperature rise provides reliable performance in demanding environments.
Key features include 100% copper winding for enhanced conductivity and durability, along with premium bearings from C&U, NSK or SKF options. The motors support multiple mounting configurations (B3, B35, B5) and offer IP55 protection against dust and water ingress. Larger models (H160 and above) include convenient re-grease and drain holes, plus provisions for PTC and anti-condensation heaters.
The YE3 series operates at standard 380V voltage with 50Hz frequency (60Hz available upon request), featuring smooth variable frequency starting capability. These motors maintain dimensional compatibility with YE2 series for easy replacement, while delivering improved efficiency and reduced operating costs.
