The YVF2 series variable frequency three-phase induction motor is designed for industrial applications requiring adjustable speed control. With frame sizes ranging from 80 to 355mm and power output from 0.18kW to 375kW, these motors offer flexible solutions for various machinery.
Key features include stepless speed regulation across a wide frequency range (5-100Hz for most models), energy-saving operation, and high-grade F class insulation materials that withstand high frequency pulse impacts. The motors come with a separated forced-ventilation cooling system for optimal thermal management.
These motors are widely used in metallurgy, chemical processing, textile manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, printing, packaging, and food processing industries. Typical applications include fans, pumps, numerical control machines, and machining centers where precise speed adjustment is required.
The standard voltage is 380V, with options for customized voltages available. Multiple protection degrees (IP54/55/56/65) and various mounting types (B3, B5, B35, V1, etc.) make these motors adaptable to different installation requirements.
Optional features include higher insulation class (H), various thermal protection devices (PTC thermistor, thermostat or PT100), space heaters, drain holes, and different sealing options (lip seal or oil seal). Encoders can be added for position feedback in precision applications.
